Return and Refund

To be eligible, merchandise must be returned within 30 days following the reception of your order. All items must not be worn, altered, or washed before it is returned.
To complete your return, please contact us at my@serumapparel.shop or send us a message. Have your receipt handy, as we will need your order number.
Keep in mind that a refund can only be issued to the original payment method. If you no longer have access to that payment method, you'll have to contact the bank or agency of the original payment method to claim the funds once its been issued.
Also, we will gladly cover return shipping if the reason for the return is damaged or defective merchandise. If this is the case, you must contact us within 7 days following the reception of the damaged goods.

All exchanges will be processed once the returning items have been received at our offices.
Cancellations
Once you place an order, you have up to 48 hours from the time you placed your order to cancel. The reason being, your order will most likely be shipped to you within 48 hours. That being said, contact us at my@serumapparel.shop and if your order hasn't shipped yet we'll still processes the cancellation for you.
Special Circumstances:
*We do not offer refunds on lost items that were shipped without tracking numbers.
*Orders returned to us by the shipping carrier for non-delivery will be automatically refunded minus the cost of return shipping.
*Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items, as we can't guarantee that we will receive them.
*contact your credit card company and or your bank for delayed refunds; it may take some time before your refund is processed or officially posted.

* If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
